A 28-year-old man identified as Edis Reçaj was injured this Tuesday evening in the Perash neighborhood of Shkodra.
Top Channel learns that the young man received a bullet in the leg, while he is currently in the hospital of Shkodra, out of danger for life.
The notification for his injury was given by the emergency department, while the police surrounded the area and set up checkpoints and the combing of the territory continues to catch the perpetrator.
It is not yet known if it was the assassination, or injury after a momentary altercation.
The investigative group is at the scene and under the direction of the Prosecution, is working to fix any evidence to uncover the event.
