As a result of the control of the territory, a case of cultivation of narcotic plants is hit.

Work continues to identify, locate and apprehend the perpetrator (s).
Following the work to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of narcotics, the staff of DVP Dibër, in cooperation with the services of the Bulqiza Police Station, as a result of detailed control of the territory, in the place called ‘Shkëmbi i Muçës ‘, Martanesh Administrative Unit, Bulqiza, have found cultivated 324 seedlings of suspected narcotic plant canabis sativa.
Following the investigative actions, the citizens were prosecuted at large:
MM 61 years old, acting mayor of Ballenjë village.
ND, 63 years old, acting specialist-environmental guard, suspected of having consumed the elements of the criminal offense “Abuse of Duty”.
Work continues for the full documentation of this criminal activity, identification and apprehension of the perpetrator / s, involved in this activity.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Dibër Judicial District Court, for further action.
