The Prosecution of the Shkodra Judicial District had issued a restraining order for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, as it is suspected that in August 2021, he cultivated narcotic plants on a rented agricultural land in the village of Gomsiqe e Re, Velipoja .
