A 59-year-old man was arrested in Gjirokastra, after setting fire to state property in order to open pastures.
The police informs that IM, 59 years old, resident in the village of Plesat, Gjirokastra, was handcuffed for the criminal offense “Destruction of property by fire”.
He set fire to state property, in a place called “Kulla”, in the village of Plesat, Gjirokastra and as a result a land area with wild vegetation was burned.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Gjirokastra Court of First Instance, for further action.
