The court of Gjirokastra has officially dismissed the case of the death of the Greek extremist, Kostandin Kacifas, in the village of Bularat, while during the hearing it is learned that Kostandin Kacifas’s father, Jani Kacifas, was present.
The expertise of the Albanian forensic doctors has concluded that the two wounds on the victim’s body were committed with kissing and have additional factors, which speaks of suicide, officially excluding the execution of the extremist by the RENEA police forces.
In the entrance part, additional factors of gunpowder and skin burning are evidenced.
This expertise excludes the suspicion that Kacifas was killed by RENEA, and proves the fact that the extremist of Bularat, killed himself with his own weapon.
On December 13, Judge Suela Dashi decided to accept the request of prosecutor Julian Çafka, to terminate the registered investigation into the death of the Greek extremist, Kostandin Kacifas on October 28, 2018.
