Two Kapshtica Border Police officers have been detained by the CIA, after being accused of allowing a wanted citizen to pass.
The court of Elbasan has decided to impose the measure “Prison arrest” against persons under investigation: “- N / Commissar BD, 52 years old, on duty shift manager at the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point in the Border and Migration Directorate of Korça, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”;
– Inspector ÇLL, 23 years old, acting Assistant Control Specialist at the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point in the Border and Migration Directorate of Korça, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”.
The CIA announces that these police officers, contrary to their duty, allowed the passage of the citizen AQ at this border crossing point, to whom the Court of First Instance Elbasan had assigned the personal security measure “Prison arrest”, damaging the interests of the criminal investigation against his.
The minutes of the execution together with the acts of the criminal proceeding were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Elbasan Judicial District for further prosecution.
