The United States is considering evacuating all US diplomats and their families from Ukraine.
A decision that shows the great concern of the USA after the deployment of 100 thousand Russian soldiers on the border of Ukraine. The American plan envisions the non-essential staff of diplomats stationed in Ukraine leaving the country voluntarily.
Meanwhile, the announcement of the departure of all other diplomats is expected to come in the coming days. The most important diplomats of the United States and Russia, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Serge Lavrov met in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday.
The talks failed to completely avoid war, as the parties did not change their positions. The US demands that Russia not attack Ukraine, while Russia demands that NATO not join Ukraine.
