Northern Macedonia registered 1,091 new cases of COVID in 24 hours, while 2,322 infected won the battle.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has reached 289,797, of which 272,184 have been cured.
The country also registered 23 more victims of COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 8,829.
Since the pandemic broke out, the country’s health authorities have conducted 1,855,720 tests for suspected COVID-19, including 3,702 tests performed within the last day.
Currently in Northern Macedonia the number of active cases with COVID-19 is 8,784.
