Russia has banned all Russian aircraft from the UK from its airspace.
This comes after Great Britain stopped the main Russian Aeroflot plane from landing in Britain in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
“A restriction was imposed on the use of Russian airspace for flights owned or leased or operated by an organization affiliated with or registered in the UK,” said the Russian aviation authority.
He described the decision as a response to “unfriendly decisions by the UK aviation authorities”.
