The Secretary of State of the United Kingdom, Liz Truss, has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin has destroyed European security.
In an interview with the BBC, Truss said Putin was using “terrible weapons” and “terrible force” in his occupation of Ukraine.
“One of the ways Putin finances the war is through oil and gas revenues, and of course I’m not saying we agree with any policy of Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, but they do not pose a threat to global security as they do. “Vladimir Putin,” she said.
Truss adds that we must stop Putin at all costs because “he is the real threat the world faces.”
