As the summer market approaches, Barcelona should have its first approach ready. Milan midfielder Franck Kessie will be the first player to sign with Barcelona for the new 2022-2023 season.
The media report that Barcelona has finalized the signing with the midfielder after agreeing on all the terms of his contract and it is expected that Kessie will be transferred to Camp Nou immediately after the expiration of his contract on June 30.
The 25-year-old joined the Milan team since 2017 when he was transferred from the Atalanta team. This season the midfielder has managed to score 5 goals in a total of 22 matches activated in Serie A.
Meanwhile in Milan he has achieved the greatest success of his career as in the 2020-2021 season Kessie has scored 13 goals in 37 activated matches.
Barcelona, on the other hand, are continuing negotiations with Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen, as his contract with Stamford Bridge expires soon. The defender has been part of the London club since 2017 and it seems the time has come for him to plan a possible move in the summer.
The Catalan club wants to sign Christensen in the next transfer window in order to make him part of the team for next season, thus strengthening the defense.
Spanish media report that both moves that Barça want to make are on track and it is expected that these contracts will be finalized in the next summer transfer window.
