A Russian missile strike hit a parking lot in a shopping center in Kharkiv, killing six people and injuring 15 others, said regional governor Oleg Syniehubov.
At the time of the attack, people were waiting outside a post office in the center to receive humanitarian aid, Syniehubov said.
It is not the first time that Russian forces kill Ukrainian citizens in a barbaric manner, as just a few days ago it killed 10 people while they were in line waiting to receive bread.
