Services of the Police Commissariat no. 5, following the work to crack down on criminal activity in the field of production and distribution of narcotics, based on information gathered on the operational road, that a citizen possessed and distributed narcotics cannabis sativa, in different areas of Tirana, organized and successfully finalized the police operation codenamed “Distribute”.
As a result of this operation, the citizen was caught and arrested in flagrante delicto:
– KD, 23 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
In “Athina” street, in Kamza, the services of the Police Commissariat no. 5 have located and arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen KD, whom, during the physical control, they found and seized, as material evidence, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa.
Investigative actions have shown that this citizen, after providing the narcotic cannabis sativa, divided it into small portions, which he then sold, in different areas of Tirana.
Work continues for the full documentation of the criminal activity committed by this citizen.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
