Elbasan police have arrested in flagrante delicto today two young people, residents of the village of Muçaj, as they are suspected of having committed theft in cooperation and have provided tools for theft.
DH, 23 years old and DA, 28 years old are suspected to have stolen the duralumin window shutters of the citizen FP, as well as have tried to steal some other aluminum elements owned by the citizen N.Sh.
As material evidence, a vehicle and various equipment used to dismantle aluminum doors and windows were seized.

2 cases of theft of duralumin materials are uncovered and documented. 2 citizens are arrested in flagrante delicto.
Following the work to prevent and crack down on criminal activity in the field of theft of property and assets, based on information obtained through operational means, by the Specialists for the Investigation of the Head of the Elbasan Police Commissariat were arrested in flagrante delicto citizens:
DH, 23 years old and DA, 28 years old, resident in the village of Muçaj, Vora, for the criminal offenses “Theft”, committed in collaboration and “Providing funds for theft”.
These citizens are suspected to be the perpetrators of two events that occurred during the last two days, namely:
On 24.03.2022, in Bradashesh, it is suspected that they stole duralumin window shutters in the apartment of the citizen FP
On 23.03.2022, in the village of Xibraka, it is suspected that they tried to steal some duralumin elements, profiles and window frames, in the building owned by the citizen N. Sh .;
As material evidence, a vehicle and various equipment used to dismantle aluminum doors and windows were seized.
Work continues to fully document other thefts that may have been committed by these citizens.
The materials will be referred to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Elbasan Judicial District, for the criminal offenses “Theft”, committed in collaboration and “Providing funds for theft.”
