The murder of two brothers Elmaz and Behar in 1998 was one of the most serious events that took place in the city of Vlora.
Two people from the same family were executed. The Hasho family has been seeking clarification of the event for years, while a short time ago, 47-year-old Gerti Selimaj was arrested in Italy as the perpetrator of this event.
Although the arrest and extradition took place with great fanfare, the court imposed house arrest. This decision has caused indignation among family members.
Mimoza Hasho, the wife of one of the victims, tells the gruesome event. She appealed for the 47-year-old to return to prison and for this event to be fully clarified. Giuliano Haxho, the son of one of the victims, also demands justice.
The 46-year-old Albanian was arrested in an apartment in the area of Martina Franca on behalf of the Albanian justice, after being accused as the perpetrator of the murder of two brothers in Vlora, Beqir and Elmaz Hashon, an event that happened in 1998.
