A music teacher who sent a host of sex or ‘love’ messages to a 13-year-old boy in her class has escaped from prison in Britain.
48-year-old Jennifer Hesse was obsessed with the boy she was teaching privately in Bournemouth in the south of Britain.
The married mother of two had abused her position of trust and secretly sent him “very sexual” messages on Whatsapp.
The minor, who could not be named for legal reasons, was urged to “touch her” even though he had previously made it clear that he wanted her to “leave him alone”.
In one of her messages she said: “I need you to touch me all the time.”
Hesse then warned the young man to delete the messages so that they would not be seen by his parents.
She told the student that she felt “a strange mixture of confusion and calm” and that she ‘could barely breathe’ when he was in class with her.
The exchanges of messages culminated with Hesse declaring “love for him”.
But when the victim of abuse told Hesse that she had a boyfriend and did not want a relationship with him, she encouraged him to continue.
But the child’s mother discovered the messages and sent them to the police.
Hesse was found guilty of having sex with a child for which a trial ensued, where the victim was forced to give his testimony and later sentenced by Bournemouth court.
Prosecutor Nicola Talbot-Hadley said: “The victim testified in her testimony that she had rejected Ms Hesse’s promotions. The jury saw all the messages between them, which were very stimulating and with emotional pressure “.
When the minor told him that he had a boyfriend, Hesse replied: “You are 13 years old and you are not capable of that. “I want you to love me the way I want you to.”
Talbot-Hadley later said: “This is an abuse of faith.”

Hesse was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for 18 months.
She was justified in living for years in an unhappy marriage with her husband, but the argument was not accepted as a cause for the abuse of the minor.
She must also perform 100 free community work is her name has been placed in the register of sex offenders for 10 years.
Hesse has received a geographical restraining order against the victim and has been banned from contacting boys under the age of 16 without the consent of their parents, for five years.
