Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has accused the West of trying to disrupt negotiations between Moscow and Kiev.
According to him, the West is inciting “hysteria” over the killing of civilians in Bucha.
Officials from Ukraine and Western countries have said there is evidence that Russia has committed war crimes.
For its part, Moscow denies the allegations and has called them a “falsification,” as reported by Russia’s state-run RIA news agency.
International Criminal Court has already begun investigating whether war crimes are taking place and Ukraine has set up a team to gather evidence.
