The show ‘Top Story’ has returned tonight in a live broadcast in political format, moderated by journalist Sokol Balla.
In the panel of guests tonight are Ilvi Kaso member of Rithemelimi, Agron Gjekmarkaj member of PD, Carlo Bollino Editor of Report TV, Anila Denaj former Minister of Finance.
Ilvi Kaso commented tonight on the authenticity of the Court document where Mr. Lulzim Basha is still the chairman of the Democratic Party and said that this is for the sake of old registrations that have not yet been updated.
On the other hand, Kaso said that Alibeaj is at the helm of the Democratic Party because he held the status of vice president, but this whole situation will take a different direction after the elections.
forefront: Paloka and Rithemelim’s statements came after Kim met with Alibeaj and considered him as acting president. On the other hand, a document was discovered by the Court of Tirana confirming Lulzim Bashwn in office, how do you comment on that?
Case: As in all cases all decisions have a set appeal deadline that has been developed only by one party which is the Re-establishment Commission. There are various reasons that can be appealed and until the deadline expires, it is still not finally registered in the register. For the sake of the old registrations, Lulzim Basha is the mayor. Alibeaj with his signature has filed an appeal in the court of first instance, where on the one hand he claims that the statute of July last year did not produce consequences. He is neither vice-president nor incumbent mayor, he is only a deputy.
Ball: It does not appear to me that the point where the vice-president is automatically the chairman has changed.
Case: It is the same, but according to the new statute, all bodies will be elected on the 30th and the assembly will make a final decision.
