From Tuesday, to enter Northern Macedonia, you no longer have to show a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test at the border.
Deputy Prime Minister Artan Grubi announced that the government has abolished the obligation to present a vaccination certificate, a certificate indicating that you have passed Covid, negative PCR and antigen tests, for all local and foreign citizens upon entering the country.
Northern Macedonia also lifted the measure of isolation at home at personal expense for a period of 7 days to enter the country without the above-mentioned documents.
Also last week in northern Macedonia, measures were adopted to remove masks indoors, with the exception of health facilities, public transport, nursing homes and care facilities for people with disabilities.
Health authorities have said they will continue to ease measures with caution, without worsening the epidemiological situation in the country.
