A 25-year-old man was handcuffed today by the Lushnja police because the young man used violence against his father and threatened to kill him with a sharp tool.
Fortunately, such a thing was prevented by the police, which immediately after receiving the notification arrived at the scene and neutralized the perpetrator, who was then handcuffed and headed to the police directorate in Lushnja.
The 25-year-old with the initials AQ is charged with two criminal offenses, “Domestic violence” and “Illegal possession of cold steel”.
The cutting tool (machete) with which the 25-year-old threatened to kill his father was also seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Lushnja Court of First Instance, for further action.
