In Bulqiza, the voting process was expected to start at 8 am, but was postponed.
The reason for this is the increase in the number of voters by the DPA. From 1700 that was the list, late last night brought another list with 2258 voters.
This has made that the 2 candidates Defrim Fiku and Fatos Hoxha did not allow the start of the voting process.
The member of the commission Shkëlqim Tançi says that in the lists are over 20 leftist voters who work in the administration of Bulqiza municipality and that they were not part of the structure of PD in Bulqiza.
The competing candidates are:
Defrim Fiku
Fatos Hoxha
Shaqir Manjani
