Roy Hodgson will leave Watford and the football world at the end of the season. This was announced by the 74-year-old English coach for the microphones of “Sky Sports UK”.
“When I signed, I made it clear that it would be a short-term commitment, until the end of the season. I accepted this proposal, giving up the “pension”, for this reason, but now the work is over. I liked it, but I do not think I will train in the Premier League again.
This is a very demanding world and I think I have earned the right to retire and enjoy my free time with my family. “I think this is my end as a football coach.”
Recall that Hodgson has a rich career as a coach. Among the many teams he has led are Inter, Liverpool and the representative of the “Three Lions” ./ supersport
