Mediator for criminal orders between groups, a driver capable of removing killers from crime, avenger, cold-blooded killer and bailiff.
The criminals have nicknamed each other Lala, although his official name is Talo Çela, 51 years old. The trials of the wanted man in the Special Court are numbered as well as the charges against him in absentia, just like the power of attorney given to a lawyer who insists he has never met him.
But while for the authorities his name is filed on July 21, 2015 for a banal crime like that of illegal construction in the village of Bradashesh, Talo Çela had come a long way in crime.
Although the eyes of the police and justice were closed until the day they were opened by his first accomplice Alkond Bengasi who mentions the name of Talo Cela in the mega-robbery of Rinas.
His name comes to the surface during the robbery of 2019, where it is reported that 4.6 million euros were robbed and Admir Murataj was killed.
The other justice narrator who repeated to the authorities that Talo Çela had turned into a dangerous character was the other penitent Klevis Alla who showed how Talo Çela was implicated in ruthless and double murders in Durrës while guaranteeing the removal of the suspects.
The police set a reward for him for the first time in 2020 in the amount of 10 thousand euros, but in 43 cases the police returned empty-handed without many wanted, why not even betrayed each other.
The third Nuredin Dumani describes him as a man who had the right tools to blow up armored doors when the group received information that there were 500 thousand euros in an apartment, that Talo Çela received orders to kill Fatmira Deda, the mother who demanded justice and who was betrayed by her state.
To carry out the murder as Festim Qoli ordered it to look like a robbery, Talo beat him and then stabbed him, taking his bag as he had previously claimed that leaving the crime scene would be easier in case that was carried out near the cemetery.
A wanted man for whom 5 kilograms of explosives were placed to destroy everything from the apartment which is already abandoned. But also a man who met Nuredin Duman and made him a friend after he was released from prison said “kemi a lot of work“, Implying that Durrës was at the same time an underground city of crime. A friend who turned Nuredin Duman into an enemy who directed the pistol he gave to Talo Çela to his brother Bujar Çela. When she did not fire the most wanted enemy of the most wanted ordered two others to kill her necessarily.
Divorced and the father of a daughter, nothing is known about the resident of Bradashesh. While Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj have started talking, not only about him, but also about others.
