Oliviero Marchese, Director General of Electoral Research, IPSOS has answered the question of analyst Agron Gjergjmarkaj regarding the poll conducted in cooperation with Top Channel for the April 25 elections.
On the show “Open”, Marchese explained that the interview of 1527 people from the period 10 to 16 February is not small and compared to previous surveys, there is no difference from the answers on the phone with those conducted opposite.
Marchese: The sample of 1500 interviewed is not very small, but an accurate sampling therefore the accuracy is quite high despite the fact that people on the phone may not feel comfortable answering.
We have seen in the past that in such polls and face to face, we do not think that there have been major differences from personal interviews with those conducted over the phone, so we feel that we can say that we are in favor, especially in the situation current where we would have a lot of answers due to personal contact as it is Covidi moment.
