The Egyptian striker of Liverpool, Mohamed Salah, has given a long interview for “France Football” where he talks about his daily life as an athlete and the strict ultra healthy diet.
“It’s true, I like to say that my house looks like a hospital… Besides, my wife does not like it. Two rooms in our house are dedicated to various fitness and bodybuilding equipment. “I can also do cryotherapy at home, there is a hyperbaric room”, explains Salah.
In addition, he comments that he is constantly looking for new machines to improve his physical condition:
“I experiment with machines. I use them at least three or four times a week. I hear my body.”
Last summer, Salah says, he asked for formulas that could be physically improved “to make opposing defenses not breathe for 90 minutes.”
Salah did not forget to congratulate Courtois on the expectations in the Champions League final:
“We deserved to win it, we had more chances. I had two or three pretty clean ones, but Courtois made fantastic receptions. It’s his job, so Madrid got him. It was his night “.
As for the Golden Ball, the red striker wants to be the next African footballer (after George Weah), who won the most important individual award./ SuperSport
