The first hearing in the Special Appeal against former Kruja Judge Enkeleda Hoxha and the other defendants failed.
The reason for postponing the hearing was the absence of Judge Saida Dollani.
A few months ago, former judge Enkelejda Hoxha was sentenced to 2 years in prison, while at the beginning of this month she was released from prison, after she has served her sentence, which also counts the time of detention.
The court on its part lifted the measure for Manuela Mallkuçi, former chief secretary of the Kruja Court, who also closed the sentence according to the time of detention.
Several months of investigation revealed how Judge Hoxha had overturned several life sentences of well-known figures in the underworld.
The lawyer Aldo Tabaku was also involved in this scheme, the latter continues to stay in prison, after the GJKKO sentenced him to 4 years in prison.
Referring to the SPAK file, the convicts chose lawyer Aldo Tabaku, who had close contacts with Judge Enkeleda Hoxha.
