The serious event of the murder of Donjeta Pajazitaj that took place seven years ago in Deçan, Kosovo, has returned to the media after the decision with life imprisonment given by the court for the perpetrator.
The victim’s brother, Shkëlqim Pajazitaj has shown some details in “Albania Live” about the decision and the charges against their cousin Naser Pajazitaj, as the perpetrator of the murder.
He points out that so far four trials have been held, which in some cases have diminished the hope for justice, but with the recent decision given they have calmed down somewhat.
“The time has come for us as a family to be tired because we do not know. On the other hand we have neither the opportunity nor are we knowing how to act. “If God wills, she loses her blood and will come out.”said the brother.
At the same time, another issue was discussed, which is related to the request for the abrogation of the decision that their already convicted cousin has made.
Shkëlqimi says that the prosecution is on their side and his requests for abrogation of the decision will not be met.
Donjeta Pajazitaj was barbarically killed, as she had left to go to work and was then taken by car by her cousin.
After that moment everyone lost contact with the victim, while the body was found after a month by several passers-by.
