The Directorate of Water and Sewerage in Librazhd says that it has not yet taken over the works, although the deadline for their completion has ended on time. According to UKL, the winner of the tender is the firm “Alb Star”, which has been given the task of restoring these works as they were. But, despite the fact that such an amount has been spent, the Librazhd Waterworks says that it will invest to “fill” the left pits.

He complains about the quality of the works that have been done for the rehabilitation of the drinking water distribution network in this city.
