Analyst Kreshnik Spahiu in the show “Open” on Top Channel has warned of a physical conflict between the current leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha and former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha and Democrats supporting each, for the party headquarters.
Spahiu said that Basha had the order of the Americans to expel Berisha since May, but he chose to do so in September, because in July he needed the votes of the group he calls anti-American.
“Basha had the order of the Americans in May to declare Berisha non grata. When did he expel him from the party? In September, because in July he needed anti-American votes. I take as a basis the accusation made by Basha that these are anti-American group. But why did you want the anti-American votes in July, why did you not expel Berisha in May and go to the polls with the expelled Berisha.
I say this because there has come a moment when you will have a physical conflict that communication, dialogue has ended and those for the personal interests of both will have to merge that party. This was the smallest rally in history, but even if Basha does, he will make it 10 times smaller. “Everyone has realized that these two are doing it for the benefit of people.”, said Spahiu.
