Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the decision of the Constitutional Court not to dismiss President Ilir Meta.
In a comment on Facebook, the citizen tells Rama that his word is not worth the blow he received from the Constitutional Court, adding that he has no problem being exposed.
While Rama responds by saying that he does not understand what exit he is talking about, adding that the Constitutional Court came out against the decision to dismiss the President. According to him, this shows that the Constitutional Court does not depend on the government.
Bajram Saraçi: With the blows you received from the Constitutional Court today, the word has no value. Once we covered you with votes, but apparently, you have no problem coming out exposed. You have never disappointed me like today. Once upon a time to vote for you, you broke my arm. We sometimes knocked on the door. Fiasco.
Edi Rama: The Constitutional Court does not depend on the government, dear Bajram, and I do not understand what kind of exit you are talking about, because in fact the Constitutional Court came out against our decision! Ah, if you thought that I should also control the Constitutional Court then this is not my fault, because my task is completely different and as long as we have chosen this system, we must also agree with the fact that independent powers can make decisions we do not like! I do not want to comment on the court decisions, because it does not belong to me, but to be told that a court decision that completely contradicts my position is a disappointment from me, this is absurd at all.
