The fire that broke out the day before in the notary office in Lezha under the ownership of the notary Vasil Martini from the preliminary investigations is suspected to have been intentional.
Sources suggest that security cameras in the area have filmed the moment when a BMW car stops in front of the building which stands for about 4 minutes and then leaves the scene.
The car captured by security cameras is being investigated if it had anything to do with the incident that happened the day before. The causes of this fire are still unknown, but in his statement Martini said that he does not think it is intentional, as there is no conflict with any person.
