Forensic doctors say that the death of the 73-year-old woman on Thursday was accidental. The mother of three older children of the former President, died in her apartment.
Born Ivana Marie Zelnickova in 1949 in what was then communist Czechoslovakia, she grew up in the small town of Zlin. Soon she would enter the modeling career, and at the age of 29 she met Donald Trump during a reception with other models in New York. A year later, they were married.
They divorced 15 years later, in 1992.
