The Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption adjourned until July 19 the trial of former Constitutional Court member Fatos Lulo, who is accused of failing to declare and conceal assets.
The reason for the failure of the hearing against the former member of the Constitutional Court was the failure of the SPAK to present the expertise requested by the Special Court on the balance of income and assets of Lulo.
So far, after the SPAK investigation, the file in charge of the former magistrate for various actions has been returned three times by the black platoon.
A few weeks ago, the SPAK went to trial, the other former member of the Constitutional Court and the former President of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja, with the same suspicions after the SPAK indicted him for non-declaration.
