The court of Durrës has left in the cell Hysen Picin who injured a police officer, as he did not obey the order of the police patrol to stop the vehicle.
The event took place last Thursday in Durrës. In the court session, Judge Besjana Garxenaj validated the arrest of Hysen Pici and imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for him.
Three charges have been filed against Pic, one for objecting to a public order police officer, one for carrying a weapon without a license and for driving illegally.
Pici appeared remorseful and stated that he did not want to clash with the police. According to his testimony, entering the offense on a one-way street, having a weapon with him and being under the influence of alcohol made him panic so he wanted to avoid the patrol. He stated that he was alone in the vehicle.
Meanwhile, the investigation for the event continues, while there is still no confirmation from the investigative group for gunshots in the neighborhood no. 1 of Durrës where the event took place.
