Democratic Party MP, Albana Vokshi on Wednesday denounced the change of the lock of the office of the Democratic League of Women in the headquarters of the Democratic Party. She directly accused Lulzim Basha as the man who ordered their change, in order to obstruct the work of the DP Re-establishment Commission.
Vokshi told reporters that MP Lulzim Basha broke down the doors and replaced the locks.
She stressed that in this office there are materials belonging to this organization, which does not depend on the leadership of the Democratic Party, as it is a partner organization.
Vokshi considered such an action as anti-statutory and criminally punishable.
“I am here with the ladies members of the PD Re-establishment Commission. Today they had decided to hold a meeting with the Democratic Women’s League, Tirana, at the PD headquarters. I am trying the office key and I want to inform you that MP Basha has broken down the doors and replaced the locks. In this office is located a large part of the Democratic League of Women and here I am not talking about personal items“, She said.
Considering it a violent act, the Democratic MP said that it was committed without her knowledge.
She accused Lulzim Basha that in cooperation with Edi Rama they can not occupy the headquarters of the Democratic Party, as the latter is the home of all Democrats.
Vokshi, addressing him with the status of deputy, reminded Lulzim Basha that on December 11 he was dismissed by 4,446 delegates of the National Assembly.
“This seat belongs to all Democrats. Neither Lulzim Basha nor Edi Rama have the opportunity to hinder the will of the Democrats“, She said.
