The Albanian national team has started this afternoon the journey for the third edition of the League of Nations, as a full 29 footballers have been placed under the orders of coach Edi Reja in the gathering center of the red and blacks, in Durrës.
The coach himself published the list of 26 guests this morning and held a press conference, as not everyone has joined the group yet, but under Reja’s orders, some Albanian U21 footballers have been added.
Missing in the collection is Armando Broja, who has closed the season in the Premier League, but has been affected by the coronavirus and will fly to Albania immediately after having a negative buffer.
The hopes are that the current striker of the red and blacks, to join the team before the match with Iceland on June 6, however, under the orders of coach Reja are 5 other strikers such as Cikalleshi, Balaj, Vrioni, Seferi and Uzuni.
The absences that attract attention are those of the goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha and the striker Rey Manaj, about whom Reja revealed at the press conference, clarified that they asked themselves not to be in the gathering.
