Ramazan Rragami, one of the best football players in the history of Albanian football, dies at the age of 77.
For a long time he was suffering from a serious illness. Rragami remains in history because in the match Vllaznia – Kavaja, scoring 5 penalties in a row, forced UEFA to change the rules.
Ramazan Rragami was born in Shkodra on April 3, 1944.
