The opposition denounced a case of misappropriation of ownership documents with the aim of robbing properties on the south coast.
Democrat MP Arbi Agalliu made public the deed of ownership for a plot of land in Jale where the descendants of the citizen Lilo Mëhilli were given 9,100 square meters of land, more than provided by law on the allocation of agricultural land.
“But on the other hand, according to the laws in force, the rate per capita in the distribution of agricultural land that benefits from law 7 .501 in the Municipality of Himara in the village of Vuno is not more than 3500 square meters per capita. In the family certificate of acquisition of ownership in 1991 we had Lilo Mëhilli. Why are the descendants of this individual given more than 6000 square meters of land more than what belongs to them according to the law?
The Democrat also made public the Cadastre response to this case.
“The state cadastre agency returns an official answer that the verification of the amount of land obtained in relation to the per capita rate, and the method of distribution are not part of the responsibility of this institution. “My question is why they gave the descendants more than 6,000 square meters of land more than they are entitled to by law, in an coveted area.”
The Democratic MP of Vlora district called on the relevant institutions to take measures for this flagrant case. The landowners are still waiting for the clarification of the decision of the Vlora court in order to appeal.
