The Special Board of Appeal, KPA decided this Tuesday to overturn the request of the prosecutor of Kruja, Bujar Memia, during the examination of the appeal of this subject against the decision of the High Council of Prosecution, KLP for the dismissal from office.
“The Special Board of Appeal, composed of Albana Shtylla, president, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo, members, announced the decision on case (JD) no. 3/2021, dated 30.04.2021, which belongs to the complainant Bujar Memia against the decision of the High Council of Prosecution no. 81, dated 31.03.2021, with interested subjects, the High Prosecution Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
At the end of the trial, the Special Board of Appeal, based on articles 131, point 1, letter “f” and 134, point 1, letter “i” of the Constitution, as well as articles 71 and 72 of law no. 8577, dated 10.02.2000, “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, amended, unanimously, decided:
The rejection of the appeal of magistrate Bujar Memia, against decision no. 81, dated 31.03.2021, of the High Prosecution Council “On the appointment of disciplinary measures against prosecutor Bujar Memia”.
This decision is final, conclusive and enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. KPA announces.
