Kylie Walker has become one of the most important players in coach Pep Guardiola’s squad as the defender also shows the concentration needed during a Manchester City training session, stressing that he cannot have a day off because otherwise he loses continuity and therefore ends up out of the lineup .
“At Manchester City you are not allowed to have a day off and get distracted by everything. If you are not focused, then you do poorly in training and if you do not show good form in training then you lose the formation. I feel really good now and if you asked me at the age of 21 if I would still be playing Premier League football at the age of 32, then I probably wouldn’t believe it.
Now my lifestyle is very different from before, I take more care of myself and try to eat healthy foods. I still feel fast and looking to learn more, the competition has also helped me improve, adapt and study more about football.” Walker said.
