The former ambassador rules out the possibility that the attacks on the Kosovo Police in the north of the country have an interethnic character. “I do not think these are interethnic incidents. This is part of a hybrid war that Serbia is waging against Kosovo. They are provoking the situation in the north, and then continue with further steps of escalating the situation in this part of the country, at this very time when there is a lot of pressure to resume negotiations to reach a solution, and which should be focused on mutual recognition. I think this is the key goal of Serbia.
