The ferry line Ancona-Durrës “AF Marina” which was scheduled to arrive this afternoon at the port of Durres, has encountered delays and difficulties in navigation, due to bad weather, so it is expected to arrive in the early hours of Saturday.
Consequently, the same ferry will not sail according to the itinerary it had planned for tonight, but is expected to depart tomorrow around 11:00 to the Italian port of Bari. Meanwhile, the ferry “Rigel VII” will normally sail towards Bari with a scheduled departure around 23:00, while “AF Claudia” that arrived this morning from Bari will depart around 19:00 towards Ancona.
The authorities are continuously monitoring the maritime situation, while they say that in the evening the atmospheric conditions in the Bay of Durrës are expected to calm down.
