Just a few hours after the officialization of Franck Kessie, Barcelona has also announced the signing of the Danish defender, Andreas Christensen, who goes to Camp Nou as a free player after his contract with Chelsea ended.
The 26-year-old will be connected to the “Blaugrana” club until 2026 and, like Kessie, has a release clause of 500 million euros.
His presentation with the Barca jersey will take place on Thursday. The formal signing of the contract will take place at the club premises, at 12:00, and half an hour later there will be a photo session at the “Tito Vilanova” camp. A press conference has been scheduled for Thursday at 1:15 p.m.
