The so-called sovereignty of the 30-year-old caste, strongly supported by the oligarchs and their media, is against this role of the internationals because they want to be comfortable, to enjoy as they have enjoyed, to be enriched by corruption as they are enriched, to stand on their own two feet. their rule at the expense of the only impoverished Albanians.
Democrats, like the vast majority of the Albanian people, love and expect an even more active role of the US and European partners against corruption, which is the biggest plague today for the country.
Democrats are not and cannot be divided into “sovereigns against the US” on the one hand and “pro-Americans against sovereigns” on the other.
We are all sovereign and patriotic in a democratic, Euro-Atlantic Albania.

The Democratic Party is determined to face this regime that loves Albania without rights, without freedom, without truth. He who breaks the laws, gets rich by killing health and the economy, robs the budget of Albanians, blackmails and buys justice and the media. No one can claim not to see and understand.

But the Democratic Party can never accept that. We are determined to confront those who for decades have believed that their personal survival is more important than the well-being of our people,
The Democratic Party is committed to crushing the Bermuda Triangle and its latest political output, the edi Rama regime through electoral massacre.
That feverishly aimed to undermine the existence and stability of the Democratic Party. They have not succeeded, and they will never succeed, certainly thanks to the majority of the members and delegates of our wonderful party, who are today in this hall and outside it.
We have had many problems, but we are proud to be the party of December ’90, which has survived 31 years of fierce war against it, from the communist left or from the column within us, to the attempts of the corrupt or organized crime to weaken us, to demoralize us or to make the Democratic Party dysfunctional.

We returned strongly with the votes of the Albanians, where without any power, in the face of the electoral massacre, we won the hearts of the Albanians and the real popular vote for change, ie a large and stable party.
Our sustainability can not even be questioned already. The Democratic Party is a consolidated political reality that looks only to the future.
Not only for the Albanians in Albania but for our entire nation.
That not only ensures the stability of the DP, but also its growth and development.
We may lose a number of individuals, in a negligible minority, who are molded, indoctrinated or tied to various threads with the interests of the past, but we will gain the trust of most of our society, that majority who believe like us in the western future of Albania.
We will win the normal Albanian citizen, the civil voter, who will build his future here. This transformation will make the most credible and victorious, the Democratic Party, which was born from the best ideals of December 1990, and which emerges cleaner and stronger from this Assembly, ready to choose the future.
