The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha this Saturday alluded that the protest held by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, has come thanks to a cooperation between the latter and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In a press conference after this Saturday’s riots, Basha described Berisha and Rama as Siamese brothers.
According to the DP leader, the former prime minister and the head of government have cooperated in order for Rama to stay in power, splitting the party in two.
Berisha: It does not represent the worst of this party, but what it has left behind. From now on, in addition to the decisions of the National Assembly, the DP has shown that it is separated from the past. Today, the fact that Berisha and Rama are two Siamese brothers has been revealed very clearly. One manipulates elections and rapes Democrats. Another sparked violent clashes for Democrats as it seeks to use its headquarters as a bunker to hide from the US. He wants to do the best service to Edi Rama. He has not hidden his joy even today. Undoubtedly, the police officers deserve congratulations, but their leaders showed that they are a tool. They waited 1 hour and a half after the release of the European chancelleries. Everything was happening in the eyes of all Albania, but not in the eyes of the state police. With the overthrow of these three scenarios, the occupation of the house of freedom, the bloodshed and the open revelation of the connection of the Siamese brothers, Rama Berisha, there is a reason why we should keep our heads high. We stayed in difficult days where Berisha Rama or other non-women factors, we knew to stay with a political culture but also with a patriotic courage. We are the only force that carries the values with which Albanians can move forward. Today is a day where on the one hand, an absolute minority, of Edi Rama united with the minority of Berisha, is facing a majority of Albanians. They want to end the transition and the masters of the transition. To stay united as democrats, in the face of the alliance between Rama and Sali Berisha. Give me immunity to split the party in half. Tear the party in half to stay in power. This is the truth. Today he speaks through vandal acts of violence and Rama’s typical behavior, throws stones and hides his hand.
