Joe Biden is urging Congress to approve $ 20 billion in military aid to Ukraine, significantly increasing the US contribution to the fight against Russian occupation.

Biden said the measures would allow for “expanded and accelerated measures to investigate, prosecute and confiscate the assets of Russian oligarchs that will be used for the good of Ukraine.”
