A well-known model of the Instagram network is facing cruel threats to life from loyalists of Vladimir Putin, after posing on top of a destroyed Russian tank during her volunteer work in Ukraine.
The Brazilian who often poses in Liziane Gutierrez bikini, has more than 1 million ‘dedicated’ fans online, and had gone to Eastern Europe last month to help the population in the bloody battles taking place in the country.
She had previously been on the front pages of newspapers for the 2016 lawsuit against rapper Chris Brown over an incident in Las Vegas, but this time found herself in the spotlight for the frivolous photo from the war zone.
Although her post was allowed online for only a few minutes before she was censored, the extent of the abuse and threats against him was gigantic, among which a Russian soldier starts threatening.

The Russian fighter seems to have disliked Liziane’s response, whose page was filled with hate comments from around the world.

But Liziane seemed quite relaxed in the photos and videos from the war zone, climbing on the tanks and saying that it was like “shooting a movie”.
The model explained that she had found the destroyed tanks as she was heading towards the city of Bucha, near Kiev, where fighting has left hundreds dead.
Although she says she is going to Ukraine for volunteer work, Liziane has been accused of taking advantage of the brutal conflict to fill her Instagram content.
But she disagreed: “It’s not just about looks, I think it’s important for people to learn what ‘s going on here.”
“I posted the photo because others were celebrating on the tank and I thought ‘why not me'”, said the model.
