Ylli Brahimi Brahja was interrogated after the murder of former policeman Xelal Reçi. Klisman Preçi is friends with Ylli Brahimaj Brahja and they are suspected of being part of the same wing where the triple assassination was carried out.
Ylli Brahimi is involved in the gambling business, convicted of drug trafficking, while Klisman Preçi has a precedent for armed robbery.
