The decrease of temperatures during the night and this morning has been accompanied by snowfall in the whole district where they have brought problems on the rural roads.
Problems occur in the administrative units of Ostren, Trebisht, Fushë Bulqizë, Martanesh and some villages of the unit Shupenzë and Zerqan, where the thickness of snow continues from 15 to 40 cm in remote areas.
The rains, which started the day before, have caused problems in the medium and low voltage power lines. Currently without power are the unit Ostren, Trebish and some villages of the unit Zerqan.
