Prosecutor Imeraj described this as a pure case of discrimination, emphasizing that she could not be penalized from the beginning.

The future of justice for Elisabeta Imeraj will be decided by the panel of the appellate panel headed by Ina Rama, former Chief Prosecutor, who decided on April 12 whether or not to accept the evidence brought by Ms. Imeraj.
